You lead the inspection and testing team in daily operations. You ensure:

all inspections are executed reliably
quality is measurable and traceable
the team performs under real conditions

YOUR PROFILE

Education

Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar
Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments
Initial leadership experience (hands-on)

Skillset

Strong understanding of inspection processes
Experience with measurement tools
Structured and practical mindset
Ability to lead in an operational environment
