THE WHAT
You develop, stabilize and scale metal forming processes for high-performance components.
You ensure:
  • repeatable processes
  • consistent quality
  • early detection and elimination of deviations 
You don’t just support production. You define how it works.

Your Mission

  • Develop and optimize forming processes
  • Ensure process stability and repeatability
  • Perform root cause analysis of defects
Candor: Speak up early. Solve the real problem.
  • Collaborate with design, materials and production 
  • Analyze process data and drive improvements 
  • Define and document process standards

  • Prepare processes for industrialization
  • Reduce variability

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Experience
  • Degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science or similar
  • Several years of experience in: metal forming / manufacturing, process engineering
  • Experience in industrial environments (preferably aerospace or automotive) 
Skills
  • Understanding of material behavior in forming processes 
  • Process optimization experience
  • Quality and defect analysis
  • Structured, data-driven approach
