- Maintain critical systems: Perform regular maintenance on our machines and ensure operational readiness
- Own machine reliability: Identify weak points early and prevent failures before they happen
- Support new equipment: Assist in selecting, installing, and ramping up new machines
- Document what matters: Keep maintenance, changes, and actions clearly and reliably documented
- Fix issues hands-on: Analyze faults systematically and resolve them directly on the shopfloor
- Work across boundaries: Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and external partners
- Build structure in growth: Help bring order, standards, and reliability to a rapidly growing machine park

YOUR PROFILE
- Solid technical background: Training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar
- Hands-on experience: Experience in maintenance of industrial machines and equipment
- Technical versatility: Ideally familiar with machines such as CNC (milling/turning), presses, robots/cobots, or HVAC systems
- Structured working style: You work cleanly, stay organized, and document your work properly
- Problem-solving mindset: You go to the root cause and fix issues sustainably
- Hands-on mentality: You step in where needed — even beyond your core area
- Communication skills: Comfortable working with internal teams and external service providers
- Language skills: German required (at least B2), English at working level (at least B1)
