YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Why

To end COPV failure in spaceflight. The benchmark for performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

Production doesn't stop because of strategy. It stops when material is missing, wrong, or late. This role makes sure that never happens.

The What

You own the operational material flow on the shopfloor – from goods receipt to shipping. You don't just move material. You keep production running.

  • Goods receipt & staging – receiving, inspection, storage, system booking. Material is in the right place at the right time. → High Performance: No downtime due to missing material.
  • Material flow on the shopfloor – supplying production areas, transfers, availability. → Accountability: Own the flow.
  • Outbound & shipping – picking, packaging, on-time handover. → Precision under pressure.
  • Structure & order – clean warehouse structure, traceable material movements. → Candor: Disorder gets surfaced – and fixed.
  • Collaboration – close alignment with Production, Purchasing and Quality. → Togetherness: One team. One flow.
  • Continuous improvement – spotting bottlenecks, improving processes. → Playfulness: Make it better, don't just execute.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training with relevant experience in logistics, shipping or packaging
  • Experience with industrial logistics processes, ideally packaging technically sensitive components
  • Confident with shipping processes and logistics providers; ERP experience a plus
  • Structured way of working, process and KPI mindset
