- Goods receipt & staging – receiving, inspection, storage, system booking. Material is in the right place at the right time. → High Performance: No downtime due to missing material.
- Material flow on the shopfloor – supplying production areas, transfers, availability. → Accountability: Own the flow.
- Outbound & shipping – picking, packaging, on-time handover. → Precision under pressure.
- Structure & order – clean warehouse structure, traceable material movements. → Candor: Disorder gets surfaced – and fixed.
- Collaboration – close alignment with Production, Purchasing and Quality. → Togetherness: One team. One flow.
- Continuous improvement – spotting bottlenecks, improving processes. → Playfulness: Make it better, don't just execute.
