You will build, structure, and lead the QA department, ensuring our high-performance composite components meet the rigorous standards required for aerospace missions. From designing quality protocols to the final qualification of flight hardware, you ensure our technology is safe for the stars.

Important Note: This role is focused on Quality Assurance of our hardware (COPVs). We are not currently hiring for Software Quality Assurance positions.
- Build and Empower:Take full ownership of the Quality Assurance team. You willbe responsible forstructuring the department, hiring specialists, and fostering a culture of precision and excellence from the ground up.
- Define Quality Standards:Develop, implement, andoptimizeQA processes and testing strategies fortheprototypeandserial productionas wellassupplier quality.
- Ensure Compliance:Oversee thequalification anddocumentation processes to ensure all products meet aerospace-specific regulatory and customer requirements.
- Root Cause Excellence:Lead cross-functional troubleshooting and non-conformance management to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing cycles.
- Strategic Growth:Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design teams to industrialize QA methods, ensuring scalability as we ramp up production.
